Portlandappraisal.com has just added a new feature to their website called “My Appraisals”. This section of the website should keep you up to date with all of your active and recently completed appraisals. And you can do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Just simply log in using your unsername and password and click on My Appraisals located under the menu (left hand side of the web page). You will see a list of your current and recently completed appraisals. Click on “update” and you will get the expected due date, appointment time, calls made to your client and any other info that portlandappraisal.com may have on the file.
At My Appraisals you can also order addendums for those recently completed appraisals. This is the best place to order addendums as they wont be lost in piles of paper or in a phone message that gets dropped. All staff at portlandappraisal.com are notified of the new addendum request and work as a team to get the addendum finished in a timely manner.
