Hi  Everyone,

We've been updating our profile.  Does your company have metrics it utilizes through the Mercury network?  Let us know if there are special items that your company utilizes to select appraisers.  We'll check to be sure that we fall within those parameters.  Using another AMC?  Let us know and we'll get them a full package, so that we can be one of your experienced appraisers, at least for some of your appraisal orders.  Call or email us with any questions or requests.  We look forward to hearing from you.

We hope your holiday weekend went well.  We're back to work, again, here at portlandappraisal.com.  We'll be considering adding some news feeds to our site to help us all keep abreast of the economic changes (hopefully improvements) as they happen in the new year 2011.
